Practice Focus

John J. Siciliano serves as an account manager to individual and family trusts. He advises families and high net worth individuals on business ventures, investment strategies and preserving family wealth. With more than a decade of fiduciary experience, John helps clients’ navigate complex issues.

John’s trust clients benefit from his knowledge of corporate and real estate law. He frequently advises family businesses on succession planning and the transfer of ownership interests. John also helps with planning for the ownership, management and succession of family vacation homes. He is experienced in investment management services, including stocks, bonds, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), as well as alternative investments such as private equity and real estate.

Additionally, John is responsible for ensuring that the firm is in compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements.

John is also a partner at Hemenway & Barnes LLP and is Chair of the Business Law Group. He advises family businesses and other privately held companies and nonprofits in corporate, real estate and compliance matters.
