Eileen Durey to Speak on Babson College Panel “Investing For Good: Examining the Surge in Sustainable Investing”
Eileen M. Durey, CFP®, Senior Investment Officer and Head of Sustainable Investing at Hemenway Trust Company is moderating a program presented by Babson College Stephen D. Cutler Center for Investments and Finance on Investing for Good: Examining the Surge in Sustainable Investing.
About the Program
While sustainable investing has continued to gain momentum with investors, the pandemic crisis over the past year has highlighted the importance of investment exposure to companies that pursue sustainable goals for environmental, social and governance factors (ESG). There is currently over $17 trillion in U.S assets being invested in ESG, which accounts for one-third of all U.S assets under management. That growth is being driven by investors who are passionate about not only making money, but by doing good.
Please join the Stephen D. Cutler Center for Investments and Finance as we bring together a panel of ESG thought leaders for a discussion on integrating ESG into the investment process, current and emerging trends, and how ESG investing will continue to alter investing across the institutional landscape.
Eileen M. Durey develops tailored investment strategies for high net worth individuals, families, foundations and endowments. She has more than 20 years of experience performing research and due diligence across multi-asset classes, including traditional equities, socially responsible/impact investing, private equity/early stage and venture capital allocation.
