Michael J. Puzo presided over his eighth Hingham, MA town meeting on April 22-23, 2019. As Town Moderator, Michael regulates the proceedings, decides all questions of order and makes public declaration of all votes. The Moderator is also responsible for appointing citizens to a host of town boards and committees.
